Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

*Please note: Returns for a refund will incur a minimal restocking fee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or sale items marked for final sale, including items marked at 50% or more discount.

Exchanges
We offer a 30-day size guarantee. The fastest way to start an exchange is to send us an email through our Contact Us page. Our team will be more than happy to assist you for your exchange. Ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We offer exchanges for products of equal value only. If the exchange item is of a different value, the customer is responsible for paying the price difference. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Restocking Fee

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee is designed to cover the costs associated with processing returns, restocking inventory, and any potential depreciation of the returned items.

Conditions for waiver

Restocking fees may be waived under certain circumstances, such as:
- The item received is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- The wrong item was shipped, and a replacement is unavailable.

Requests for waiver will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
