If your package hasn’t arrived within our posted shipping timeframes, please note that occasional delays can occur due to holidays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. In most cases, your package should still be on its way. Please continue to monitor your tracking for updates. If it hasn’t arrived within 20 days, feel free to reach out to us at contact@valenboutique.com, and we'll be happy to open an investigation with the carrier.

If your order has just shipped, please allow up to 7 business days for your tracking to update in the system. If your tracking was showing updates but hasn’t changed for a few days, don’t worry, your package is still en route and will update once it reaches your destination city or town! If your tracking hasn’t updated in over 10 business days, please email us at contact@valenboutique.com and we'll be happy to look into it for you.

If your tracking says "delivered" but you don’t have your package, check with neighbors, your mailbox, a property manager, or any safe spots around your home. Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered early, so wait a couple of days.
