Customer Care

You can also send an email to our customer care. We typically respond to enquiries the same day, however during busier times it may take 1-2 business days to be contacted. Please provide our team with as much information as possible in your initial email, including order number and any photos they might need.

If you have not received your order confirmation, please allow some time for us to process the order. If it has been 24 hours since you placed your order and have not received a confirmation, please check the email you placed your order with, and if it has not been received, contact our customer care team at contact@valenboutique.com.

If you have not received your shipment confirmation, it may be that your order has not been dispatched yet. We will notify you as soon as this happens. If you cannot locate this email, please contact our customer care team and they will resend it to you. Please note: we will require your address information and order details to locate your order.

In some instances, our confirmation email may have been marked as spam accidentally. Be sure to check your spam/junk folders for the email and for any following updates. We advise you to add Valen Boutique to your safe list so that future emails will reach your inbox directly.

On some occasions we are able to make changes to an order even after it has been placed. Out warehouse team works hard to fulfill orders as fast as possible, as we know how important it is to receive items on time. So any changes you require must be emailed to contact@valenboutique.com.

You have 14 days from receiving your order to register a return. For any further assistance, please reach out to our customer service team.

If your package hasn’t arrived within our posted shipping timeframes, please note that occasional delays can occur due to holidays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. In most cases, your package should still be on its way. Please continue to monitor your tracking for updates. If it hasn’t arrived within 20 days, feel free to reach out to us at contact@valenboutique.com, and we'll be happy to open an investigation with the carrier.

If your order has just shipped, please allow up to 7 business days for your tracking to update in the system. If your tracking was showing updates but hasn’t changed for a few days, don’t worry, your package is still en route and will update once it reaches your destination city or town! If your tracking hasn’t updated in over 10 business days, please email us at contact@valenboutique.com and we'll be happy to look into it for you.

If your tracking says "delivered" but you don’t have your package, check with neighbors, your mailbox, a property manager, or any safe spots around your home. Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered early, so wait a couple of days. If it still hasn’t arrived please send us an email at contact@valenboutique.com and we'll be happy to look into it for you.
